On the positive side staff and the community is friendly and very welcoming. More server wide events wouldn't hurt either and maybe reconsider some gyms that have inactive leaders I think I have personally only met like 2 of the many gym leaders. I would rate it a solid 6/10 they could add more quality of life plugins like /tpa (yes they are so vanilla they don't have tpa you are expected to fly 10 minutes straight to meet up with people 20k blocks away for raids or general base building) and the server can be slow at some times I have literally logged on mid day on "slow days" and been the only one on the server for hours.

I wouldn't get too attached to the starter since you will most likely ditch it for a wild high level that you caught with ultra balls. Early game is a bit rough especially since you literally just get a claim shovel when you spawn and a level 5 starter.
